Who we are

What we collect

• Contact form: name, email address, and the message you send us.
• Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe.
• Orders: full name, shipping address, phone number, email, and payment details processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data such as page views for site analytics.

Why we collect it

• To answer your enquiries.
• To ship and invoice paintings you have ordered.
• To send you the newsletter, only if you have subscribed.
• To keep the site secure and improve it.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent (contact form, newsletter), on the performance of a contract (orders and shipping), and on our legitimate interest in running a small, secure website.

Who we share it with

We use trusted processors only: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and our hosting provider. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Contact messages: up to 2 years. Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. Order records: as long as required by Austrian tax and commercial law (typically 7 years).

Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@corinne-michaux-finearts.eu and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
